![]() ![]() Developer hereby declares that the Property is and shall be subject to the easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, charges, liens, and regulations of this Declaration and the Property, any part thereof and each Lot, shall be held, owned, sold, transferred, conveyed, hypothecated, encumbered, leased, occupied, built upon, and otherwise used, improved, and maintained subject to the terms of this Declaration, which easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, charges, liens, and regulations shall run with the title to the Property and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Developer and upon all Owners and Occupants of the Property and any Lot, Dwelling, and Common Area thereof. That property shown on recorded plat for Blue Ridge Subdivision filed of record in Town Plat Book 28, at, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama,Īnd shall be held, developed, improved, transferred, sold, conveyed, leased, occupied, and used subject to the following easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, charges, liens, and regulations, which shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of all parties acquiring or having any right, title, or interest in any portion of the Property described above and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
